Ms. Molnar is a psychotherapist and President of Education for Change Association, a Romanian NGO that promotes child rights and quality education by offering educational programs for teachers, children, and their parents.
Her cooperation with Arigatou International began in 2010 when she became the Global Network of Religions for Children (GNRC) Romania Coordinator and Learning to Live Together (LTLT) trainer, and began facilitating workshops for teachers, youth, and specialists who were working with children, in Bosnia Herzegovina, Romania, Portugal, and Bhutan. In recent years, Ms. Molnar has focused on implementing the LTLT Program and other educational programs and projects in Romanian schools, with results showing a decrease in bullying among and towards children. She has also helped students relate positively with people from different cultural and religious backgrounds and strengthened their capacity to become active agents of the change they want to see in their schools and their communities.
